How Pridie Works
1. We Set Up Your Products Online
We'll integrate your products with our platform, wether you have a website already or not. You just have to give us a list of the products with description, pricing and images. Easy peasy!
2. You Start Receiving Paid Orders
As soon as we finish setting up your delivery and pick up options, your products go live online. You'll be instantly able to receive orders paid with credit card. Notifications can be received in various ways: Email, SMS, FB Messenger, Notifications and yes, even Fax. Don't pay commissions to third-party services. Keep your cash in your pocket!
3. Fulfill Pickup or Delivery Orders
You'll be able to clearly see which orders are for pickup, which ones are for delivery and at what time the customer wants it. With one click you can confirm the order is completed, and the customer gets notified. Messages and notifications can be fully customize to your business needs.
We don't have a website, how will this work for me?
No website? No problem. Pridie is built on top of the most popular eCommerce platform, Shopify. We'll basically create a website for you that will enable your customers to buy whatever you sell and will enable you to receive those orders.
I already have a website, how will this work for me?
Regardless what website provider you are using, we will integrate Pridie's online ordering system with yours. How it will look will depend on technical stuff, but we assure you it will look seamless. You will need to provide us access to the administrative part of your website in order to place the necessary code for the integration to happen.
Do I need to buy additional hardware?
You don't need additional hardware to receive and process your online orders. You can install the Admin App from any recent iPhone, iPad or Android devices. You can also access orders via the Admin interface using an internet browser.
Do you guys do the actual delivery of the order?
No, we don't handle the delivery of orders. What we do is enable you to receive orders online, receive payment for your orders, and create specific delivery and pickup rules for your business operations. For example, if you need at least 30 minutes or 1 hour to prepare the order, we program that so your customer knows the time it will take to complete the order. You will need to have employees that do the delivery or contract with 3rd party companies that will handle the delivery for you. We can help you integrate with them, so they receive the order details.
What can we do with the 10-days free trial? What happens after the trial ends?
You'll have full access to Pridie during the 10 days of your free trial. No credit card needed. You will have the ability to handle inventory, receive orders, receive payment and notify customers when orders are ready. Before the trial ends, you will have the opportunity to sign up for our paid plan to continue using Pridie for your online ordering, pickups and deliveries. After the trial ends, if you have not chosen the paid plan, we will save your product's data for 5 additional days. After 5 days pass, all your data will be deleted. If we integrated Pridie with your website, all integrations will be removed and your website will go back to where it was before trying us out. Don't worry, everything will be back to normal, except you will not have the awesome powers of receiving online orders, receiving payment or being able to easily notify customers when orders are ready.
When do we receive payouts/deposits for orders?
Payouts to your bank account are based on Shopify's payout schedule. The length of your pay period depends on the country where your store is based. For the United States the payout period is 2 business days. Your pay period refers to the amount of time between the day a customer places an order on your store, and the day the funds from that order are sent to your bank account. The day a customer places an order on your store is determined from the time that the order was placed in the UTC time zone. Funds from orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are grouped and sent together as one payment.

Check out our pricing page for more info. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. For processing your customer order payments we use Shopify Payments that include features such as Fraud analysis for securely receiving payments.

We don't charge for commissions per order like third-party services, such as DoorDash, UberEats and others. We enable you to capitalize on the market, charge for the service to deliver yourself and enable tipping for your delivery staff.
